You'll be responsible for

Executing merchandise strategy
Partner with the Planning Manager and Category Managers to execute the seasonal merchandise strategy, delivering range, option, and buy plans aligned to financial objectives across all categories.📈
Delivering commercial KPIs
Own and deliver key commercial KPIs including sales, stock turn, Open to Buy (OTB), sell-through, and gross profit, supported by disciplined analysis and structured reporting to drive performance.🛍️
Developing assortment plans
Develop customer-centric seasonal assortment plans informed by historical performance, trend insights, and commercial hindsight, supporting sound buying decisions aligned to seasonal design direction.Key criteria
