You'll be responsible for

Supporting talent identification

Overseeing and enhancing the talent identification process to ensure the best players are recognized and developed.

Facilitating player development

Creating and implementing development opportunities for players, including coaching and training programs.
🤝

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working closely with State and Territory Talent Managers and Pathway Coaches to ensure a transparent approach to player selection.

Bachelor or Master's degree in sport management or coaching.
