Build and standardise national dashboards and KPIs around throughput, accuracy, PIFOT, labour productivity and cost-to-serve—so leaders can see what matters and act fast.🔍
Leading deep-dive reviews
Lead deep-dive reviews to uncover bottlenecks and underperformance, then partner with Fulfilment Centre leaders and Business Partners to turn insights into results.🛠️
Streamlining reporting
