You'll be responsible for

Leading WHS strategy

Leading the strategic Health, Safety and Wellbeing plan across ANZ, embedding a strong and proactive safety culture.

Ensuring compliance

Ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand WHS legislation, codes of practice, and internal governance requirements.
⚖️

Managing WHS initiatives

Managing workers’ compensation, injury management, return-to-work programs, and third-party providers.

WHS leadership experience

8+ years in senior WHS leadership within multi-site operations.
