You'll be responsible for

Delivering product governance activities
Deliver delegated BAU product governance activities, including complaints monitoring, product value metrics, product feedback coordination and evidence management.📈
Supporting product governance rhythms
Support execution of Retail Product governance rhythms and artefacts, including review packs, evidence collation and status reporting.⚖️
Coordinating regulatory updates
Coordinate and progress regulatory and PDS updates in close partnership with Disclosure teams, and support reviews of customer-facing documentation.Key criteria
