This job is about joining the Concierge (Intake) Team at Ability Action Australia, where you will provide essential support to NDIS participants and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for

Allocating referrals

Efficiently allocating referrals to ensure NDIS participants receive timely and appropriate services.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working with NDIS stakeholders to convert enquiries into referrals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Managing funding requests

Overseeing funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available and used appropriately.
