You'll be responsible for

Providing network support
Providing Tier One level network operational support services, including supporting large scale network installations, special projects and performing other related duties as assigned.⚠️
Participating in incident management
Participating in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues, failing network components, reviewing firewall for blocks, and tracing network traffic.📄
Documenting network processes
Reviewing and interpreting network diagrams and documentation, including policies and procedures.Key criteria
💻
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Computer Science or related areaView

2-4 years of hands-on network experience
Demonstrated experience in network operations and troubleshootingView

Intermediate knowledge of network technologies
