Acting as a key engineer responsible for ByteDance's global network incident response and operational stability, ensuring high performance and availability.

Supporting network operations

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Non-CN global network infrastructure and leading troubleshooting during network failures.

Collaborating with teams

Partnering with the 24*7 NOC team and collaborating with engineers across multiple time zones to ensure continuous global network operations.

Key criteria

Network operations experience (2+ years)

Demonstrated experience in network operations or engineering.

Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, and MPLS.
