You'll be responsible for

Delivering therapeutic care
Providing high-quality therapeutic care that meets the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of vulnerable young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care.👥
Leading the team
Supervising, supporting, and developing the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team to ensure effective care delivery.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working closely with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator, and other staff to assist young people in healing from trauma.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Tertiary qualification in social work, community services, or management.View

Experience in disability support work
Relevant background in providing support to individuals with disabilities.View
