Delivering therapeutic care

Responsible for the delivery of high quality therapeutic care that promotes the emotional, social and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care.

Leading the team

Providing leadership, supervision, support and development of the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team.

Collaborating with specialists

Working closely with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator and other ITC staff to provide high quality therapeutic care.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree qualification

Tertiary qualification in social work or relevant field.

Behavioural management program experience

Proven skills in developing programs for challenging behaviours.

Collaborative teamwork skills

Demonstrated ability to work constructively within teams.
