Providing person-centered care
The Nurse Practitioner provides person-centered care at an advanced nursing practice level incorporating diagnostic and treatment interventions using a high level of knowledge, skills and autonomy to achieve people-focused quality care.🤝
Working collaboratively
Contributing to a district-wide multidisciplinary approach to care and working in partnership with medical officers and the multidisciplinary team.🏥
Delivering holistic integrated care
Delivering holistic integrated care in line with NSW Health Hospital in the Home guidelines.Key criteria

Registered Nurse with AHPRA endorsement
Possession of a valid AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.View

5+ years nursing experience
Demonstrated experience with at least 5 years post-graduate nursing.View
