You'll be responsible for

Monitoring bus service performance

Monitoring On-Time-Running (OTR) of the bus fleet using PTIPS and maintaining KPIs as per contractual requirements with TfNSW.

Handling emergencies

Responding to emergencies and restoring service after disruptions, liaising with mechanical staff regarding breakdowns.

Communicating with drivers

Using TRBOnet radio system to contact the bus fleet and responding to requests, ensuring smooth operations.
