You'll be responsible for

Leading the Continuity & Resilience Framework
Designing, implementing, and maintaining ING’s Continuity & Resilience Framework, including Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.📊
Facilitating assessments
Conducting business impact analyses, threat assessments, and identifying recovery capability gaps to enhance resilience.📚
Coordinating training and testing
Organizing testing, training, and awareness programs across the bank to ensure preparedness and effective response.What we're looking for
📚
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
Relevant qualification in business, finance, legal, or related fields.View fit
🔍
8+ years in financial services
Experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or Information Risk Management.View fit
⚖️
Understanding of regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of CPS 230 and risk management principles.View fit
