You'll be responsible for

Managing office access

Maintain register and allocate access cards, coordinating office access for visitors and guests.

Reception management

Oversee reception duties and maintain supplies for the project, including PPE and kitchen supplies.

Supporting project administration

Assist the Project Director with travel and diary management, and provide leave coverage for the Site based Project Coordinator.
