You'll be responsible for

Managing purchasing processes

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process in Oracle, from raising POs, coordinating freight to receipting goods.

Building supplier relationships

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating for cost-effective procurement.

Coordinating office management

Act as the primary contact for all purchasing, building maintenance, cleaning, and office supplies.

5+ years in office management

Experience managing office operations and administrative tasks.
