As a Personal Assistant & Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the News and Technical Services team at Seven Queensland. You'll be responsible for

Coordinating travel bookings

Managing travel arrangements for regional news teams, presenters, and technical crews to ensure smooth logistics.

Managing payroll administration

Overseeing payroll tasks including timesheets, reimbursements, and corporate card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
📰

Supporting newsroom operations

Assisting with auto-cue scheduling, wardrobe coordination, and work experience arrangements to facilitate daily news operations.
