You'll be responsible for

Providing first-line IT support
Delivering support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to assist users with their IT issues.📝
Logging, triaging, and resolving incidents
Managing incidents from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring timely support.🏢
Delivering onsite technical support
Providing hands-on assistance with device deployment, rebuilds, and hardware troubleshooting.Key criteria

IT Service Desk experience
Demonstrated experience in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support environments.View
