You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the post-sales process for customers using strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Acting as a trusted advisor

Guiding new and existing customers through the implementation and adoption of the full Xplor product suite.

Collaborating with Account Executives

Working with Account Executives during the customer's transition to the post-sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
