You'll be responsible for

Overseeing end-to-end customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring a smooth transition to Xplor while meeting quality and performance expectations.

Building customer relationships

Establishing trusted relationships with customers by managing expectations and keeping them informed throughout the onboarding journey.

Coordinating data migration

Facilitating data migration activities and guiding customers through the Xplor platform to support their operations.

Key criteria

📊

Experience in onboarding or implementation

1-2 years of experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
