Performing workforce profiling and diagnostic assessments to inform design decisions.

Developing design artefacts

Creating value streams, capability maps, RACI models, and role profiles to support organisational design.

Leading work packages

Managing defined components of operating model design streams to ensure alignment and connection across activities.
