This position plays a key role in guiding and advising on risk management frameworks, ensuring that MetLife’s risk profile is effectively managed. You'll be responsible for

Implementing risk management frameworks
Implementing and managing key Risk Framework elements, including communication, training, reporting, and advisory support across business risk profiles.📈
Monitoring risk events
Monitoring and reviewing the management of risk events, escalating to appropriate stakeholders as necessary, and producing reports on key risk events.✅
Supporting compliance activities
Supporting the Risk & Compliance team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.Key criteria

5+ years in operational risk management
Demonstrated experience managing operational risks in financial services.View

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Knowledge of APRA standards
