You'll be responsible for

Managing incentive schemes
Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of YI, STI and MBS schemes, developing and maintaining SQL stored procedures and reporting datasets, and delivering fortnightly and monthly incentive results with high accuracy.🔍
Data sourcing and reporting
Sourcing, transforming and validating data from multiple systems, building and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools, and automating processes to improve efficiency.🤝
Stakeholder engagement
Partnering with Operations, Finance and Data Platform teams, maintaining documentation, governance standards, and supporting compliance and risk-related investigations.Key criteria

Business Intelligence experience
1+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.View

SQL Server proficiency
Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and ETL concepts.View
