You'll be responsible for

Managing aquatic operations
Playing a key leadership role in the daily management of aquatic operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance of the facility.🛟
Supervising Lifeguard team
Directly managing the Lifeguard team—providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and development opportunities.📋
Supporting operational standards
Supporting the Coordinator Aquatic Operations in maintaining best practice operational standards and leading incident responses.What we're looking for

Current qualifications in lifeguarding and pool operations
Possession of Senior First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard qualifications.View fit
👥
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience in coaching, performance management, and rostering.View fit
⚖️
Extensive knowledge of WHS requirements
Understanding of leisure industry safety regulations and compliance.View fit
