Analyze large operational datasets such as fulfillment center performance and delivery metrics to deliver clear recommendations.

Building KPI dashboards

Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting in Looker, ensuring adoption across teams.

Providing ad hoc analyses

Provide ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to Operations, Logistics, Delivery, Vendor Management, and Customer Service teams.

Skills you'll need

SQL

Strong SQL skills are essential for analyzing operational data and generating insights.

GCP/BigQuery

Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.
