You'll be responsible for

Analyzing operational datasets

Analyze large operational datasets such as fulfillment center performance and delivery metrics to deliver clear recommendations.

Building KPI dashboards

Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting in Looker, ensuring adoption across teams.
🔍

Providing ad hoc analyses

Provide ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to Operations, Logistics, Delivery, Vendor Management, and Customer Service teams.

Key criteria

📊

3–6 years in analytics or BI

Experience in analytics or business intelligence is essential.

Strong SQL and GCP/BigQuery skills

Proficiency in SQL and GCP/BigQuery for data analysis.

Experience with Looker dashboards
