Conducting regular audits and evaluations of programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Leadership and management experience

Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team.

Knowledge of OSHC regulations

Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHC regulations and standards.
