You'll be responsible for

Supporting and mentoring Centre Directors and Coordinators

Providing guidance and support to Centre Directors and Coordinators to enhance their leadership skills and operational effectiveness.

Being a visible leader across your portfolio

Actively engaging with services to foster relationships and provide hands-on support, rather than managing remotely.
🤝

Helping services navigate staffing, compliance, and family expectations

Assisting services in addressing staffing challenges, ensuring compliance, and meeting the needs of families.
