Skills you'll need

2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership job in QSR or hospitality, showcasing the ability to manage large teams effectively.

A leader who can coach, uplift, and inspire large teams, fostering a positive work environment.

Operational know-how

Strong understanding of labour, cost control, and the rhythm of a successful venue, ensuring smooth operations.
