Skills you'll need

🏢

Multi-site leadership experience

2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality, showcasing the ability to manage multiple venues effectively.
👥

People management

A people-first leader with the ability to coach, uplift, and inspire large teams, creating a strong culture of performance and accountability.
⚙️

Operational expertise

Strong operational know-how, confident with labour, cost control, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue.
