Champion Yo-Chi’s high standards across every aspect of venue performance, driving results from people management to financial targets.

Collaborating with marketing

Work with marketing to build community connections and grow local impact, enhancing the brand's presence.

Skills you'll need

Multi-site leadership experience

2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality, showcasing the ability to manage multiple venues effectively.
👥

People management

A people-first leader with the ability to coach, uplift, and inspire large teams, fostering a strong culture of performance and accountability.
⚙️

Operational expertise

Strong operational know-how, confident with labour, cost control, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue.
