Driving operational excellence

Be on the floor and involved in venue operations, ensuring high standards and driving results across all venues.

Collaborating with marketing

Work with marketing to build community connections and enhance local impact, driving engagement and brand loyalty.

Skills you'll need

🏢

Multi-site leadership experience

2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality, showcasing your ability to manage multiple venues effectively.
👥

People management

A people-first leader who can coach, uplift, and inspire large teams, fostering a strong culture of performance and accountability.
⚙️

Operational excellence

Confident in managing labour, cost control, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue, ensuring high standards across all operations.
