You'll be responsible for

Meeting customer needs

Providing exceptional customer service and being a key contact between the workshop and customers.

Scheduling repairs

Scheduling all vehicle repairs and supporting the Parts department as needed.

Sales support

Supporting customers with over the phone and counter sales, while providing parts to the Workshop team.
