You'll be responsible for

Monitoring, researching, and analysing payroll legislation, tax law, superannuation regulations, and industrial instruments.

Leading impact assessments

Leading end-to-end legislative impact assessments and developing mitigation plans.

Providing compliance guidance

Providing clear, actionable compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Payroll compliance experience

4–6+ years in payroll compliance or operations, ideally in tech.
