You'll be responsible for

Executing ER & Payroll audits

Execute comprehensive audits on all payroll and ER-required datasets to ensure accuracy and legislative adherence. EBA/Award audit comparison to system configuration.

Managing audit schedules

Take full ownership of existing audit schedules, ensuring no lapse in oversight or data integrity.
⚙️

Overseeing system maintenance

Oversee and execute configuration setups within the payroll system to reflect changes in legislation, company policy, or EBAs.
