Managing fortnightly pay processing across Sonder Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Managing statutory obligations

Overseeing compliance with statutory obligations across three jurisdictions, including STP Phase 2 and PAYE.

Building payroll runbooks

Creating and maintaining documented payroll runbooks for each jurisdiction to ensure operational continuity.

End-to-end payroll processing experience

5+ years managing payroll across multiple entities.
