You'll be responsible for

Supporting onboarding and performance reviews
Manage onboarding processes, probation reviews, exit interviews, and headcount tracking to ensure a smooth employee experience.📝
Providing HR advice and managing processes
Deliver practical and trusted HR advice while coordinating cyclical P&C processes like engagement surveys.🚀
Driving employee engagement initiatives
Champion inclusive, high-performing teams and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
Possession of relevant educational credentials for HR expertise.View
🗣️
2-3 years HR advisory experience
Demonstrated experience in HR advisory within tech or high-growth environments.View
⚖️
Knowledge of Australian employment law
Solid understanding of Fair Work practices and employment legislation.View
