Supporting Senior P&C representatives
Assist Senior P&C representatives with workplace relations case management and preparation of discussion records⚖️
Managing WH&S matters
Oversee WH&S related matters, return to work plans, and ensure compliance with OHS legislationWhat we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.View

3+ years HR/ER experience
Demonstrated experience in HR or Employee Relations case management.View
