You'll be responsible for

Delivering workforce reporting and insights

Partnering with the People Analytics and Reporting Leader to deliver high-quality workforce reporting and insights that support informed decision making across the business.

Maintaining operational and strategic reports

Producing, maintaining, and enhancing operational and strategic people reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and meaningful data.

Translating business needs into insights

Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear insights and support data governance and reporting.

Demonstrated experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics.
