You'll be responsible for

Managing employee relations cases

Taking end-to-end ownership of assigned Employee Relations cases, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and formal investigations.

Coaching People Leaders

Partnering with and coaching People Leaders through complex employee relations matters, building their capability and confidence.

Supporting organisational change

Providing hands-on support to organisational change activities, ensuring change is delivered fairly and compliantly.

Demonstrated experience managing ER/IR cases effectively.
