Supporting managers and employees
Acting as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within assigned teams, providing guidance on core people topics such as performance management and employee concerns.📈
Executing People & Culture programs
Owning the execution of People & Culture programs and initiatives, including coordination, rollout, and tracking to ensure effective implementation.😊
Enhancing employee experience
Helping ensure a positive employee experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent HR practices.Key criteria

4–7 years of HR experience
Demonstrated experience in HRBP or generalist roles.View
