Coaching and mentoring people leaders across performance management, recruitment and selection, talent management, succession planning, remuneration, and role design.đ
Providing HR advice
Providing high-quality industrial and employee relations advice, including performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary action, terminations, and redundancies.đ
Driving culture
Assisting in driving a high-performance, values-based work culture across the organisation.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.View
