You'll be responsible for

Leading people technology projects

Playing a critical role in major people technology projects, including HRIS implementation across Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems.

Delivering people strategy

Partnering with leaders to deliver the people strategy across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Providing HR advice

Acting as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic, commercially sound HR advice to leaders and teams.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualifications in HR

Possession of relevant HR or related discipline qualifications.

4+ years in HR generalist roles

Demonstrated experience in generalist HR or People and Culture.

Knowledge of Fair Work legislation

Strong understanding of Fair Work laws and modern awards.
