You'll be responsible for

Triage and respond to employee and leader queries

Providing timely and accurate advice or escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth communication.

Process new hire, employment change, and offboarding documentation

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and employment legislation for all employee transitions.

Administer the onboarding process

Making sure all pre-employment requirements are completed and new team members are set up correctly in systems.

Tertiary qualification in HR or related field

Essential qualification in Human Resources or Business is required.
