You'll be responsible for

Managing onboarding processes
Overseeing end-to-end onboarding, including pre-employment checks, contracts, and documentation.🗣️
Providing HR advice
Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and providing frontline HR advice.🤝
Supporting P&C initiatives
Leading or supporting P&C initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.Key criteria

HR administration experience (12+ months)
Proven experience in HR administration or coordination roles.View

HRIS proficiency
Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Humanforce HR.View

Strong MS Office skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.View
