You'll be responsible for

Building stakeholder partnerships

Build trusted relationships with your client group to advise on operational people matters and deliver cyclical P&C initiatives.

Managing case management

Manage minor to moderate people cases (performance management, investigations, employee relations) in a timely, consistent and risk-aware way.

Providing operational guidance

Provide coaching and counsel on talent management, employee relations, performance, development and organisational change.

Skills you'll need

๐Ÿ’ผ

Experience in HR/P&C

2+ years as an HR/P&C generalist or advisor, ideally in operations or warehousing environments.

Employee relations skills

Proven experience managing performance processes, investigations and disciplinary matters.

Communication skills

Clear, diplomatic and concise written and verbal communicator who can manage difficult conversations with empathy.
