Building stakeholder partnerships
Build trusted relationships with your client group to advise on operational people matters and deliver cyclical P&C initiatives.📋
Managing case management
Manage minor to moderate people cases (performance management, investigations, employee relations) in a timely, consistent and risk-aware way.🧭
Providing operational guidance
Provide coaching and counsel on talent management, employee relations, performance, development and organisational change.Skills you'll need
💼
Experience in HR/P&C
2+ years as an HR/P&C generalist or advisor, ideally in operations or warehousing environments.⚖️
Employee relations skills
Proven experience managing performance processes, investigations and disciplinary matters.🗣️
Communication skills
Clear, diplomatic and concise written and verbal communicator who can manage difficult conversations with empathy.View more
