You'll be responsible for

Providing people support and advisory
Offer timely advice on HR matters and act as the first point of contact for onsite inquiries.🏗️
Assisting with construction execution support
Help with onboarding, credential checks, and monitoring contractor compliance.🌈
Supporting employee relations and site culture
Promote positive relationships and address workplace issues early.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
Possession of relevant educational background or equivalent experience.View
🛠️
Experience as HR Advisor or Coordinator
Demonstrated experience in HR roles, preferably in mining or construction.View

Strong understanding of HR processes
Proven knowledge of employment legislation and ER/IR fundamentals.View
