Preparing key people metrics
Preparing key people metrics through regular reporting to provide insights that drive retention and improve culture.🔧
Identifying system optimisation opportunities
Identifying and implementing opportunities for system optimisation and process improvement, particularly across the HR Management System, ELMO.💬
Providing HR advice
Providing first-level advice on all HR related queries including employee relations matters, policy interpretation and award guidance.Key criteria

3+ years in HR administration or advisory
Experience delivering HR advice and support to employees.View

Tertiary qualifications in HR
Formal education in Human Resources or related field.View

Microsoft Excel proficiency
