Managing employee lifecycle processes
Overseeing end-to-end processes including onboarding, contract generation, job changes, and separations within stated SLAs.📬
Handling enquiry management
Managing day-to-day People & Culture enquiries via the ServiceNow portal and shared inbox.✅
Ensuring compliance
Maintaining policy and legislative compliance, including a sound understanding of Australian Awards.Key criteria

HR operations experience (1-2 years)
Demonstrated experience in HR operations or administration roles.View

HRIS systems knowledge
