You'll be responsible for

Providing advice
Provide timely, high-quality advice on Employee Relations matters to leaders and employees, including interpretation and application of policies, legislation, and industrial instruments.🕵️♂️
Guiding investigations
Support and guide leaders through workplace investigations, including grievances, disputes, and performance concerns.⚖️
Managing injury processes
Assist in the coordination and management of workplace injury and return-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and supporting positive recovery outcomes.Key criteria
📚
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
Possession of a relevant qualification in HR or business.View

Understanding of workplace legislation
Strong knowledge of interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.View
