You'll be responsible for

Supporting employee lifecycle processes
Support employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compensation, WHS, performance management and offboarding.📂
Maintaining accurate HR records
Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring documents are complete, compliant and correctly filed.🔍
Administering background screening
Administer background screening and help maintain the visa sponsorship program.Key criteria

Understanding of HR policies
