Analysing current People & Culture practices and processes, identifying improvement and transformation opportunities to enhance the people experience.🤝
Partnering with teams
Partnering with Technology and Integration teams to design, configure, and maintain system integrations.📝
Documenting processes
Documenting and analysing existing system Business Processes, providing recommendations for simplification.What we're looking for

5+ years business analysis experience
Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvements.View fit

Familiarity with HR systems
Experience with systems like Workday and Dayforce is desirable.View fit

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
